It was something about the aura of this season that really stood out to me; it was a breath of fresh air, essentially. Like Sam said in 4x02: It wasn't another round of "demon crap".
Although, in the end, this season wasn't exactly what we thought it was (because of Lucifer Rising's re-writing of the entire mythology), I think that that was actually and honestly the most awesome thing about the season: It kept you guessing, and definatley on the edge of your seat! I honestly can't imagine anyone being able to watch season four and not consider it one of the best chapters of a series in TV history.... |
