One of my absolute favorite's is the end of an episode( Yellow Fever) where Jenson is lying in the front seat of the car and lip synches and plays air guitar to EYE OF THE TIGER ! He is hysterical and his facial expressions are great !

hi im new to this, so bare with me pls! obviously im a big fan of supernatural! its brilliant and it helps that the actors r hot!!! ive been ill recently with cancer, and while i was in hospital there wasnt much to do, so i watched tv and found supernatural! It really perked me up on my low days, especially with the banter and humor!! sum of my favourite quotes are: Dean: "duuuuuude u fugly!"

The guys find Grandma Rose in the attic. She's immobile. Dean thinks maybe she's faking the stroke.
Sam: What are you going to do, poke her with a stick?
[Dean makes a face like he's thinking about it.]
Sam: Dude, you're not going to poke her with a stick!
