The episode, right. I'm actually glad that Bobby's dying. READ THE REST FIRST! I love Bobby, he is awesome. I seriously think he needs to catch up to Dean and Sam's number of death scenes. The way I see it, on Supernatural, the more deaths you get, the cooler you are :D
BTW does anyone know when the mid season finale is? Next week?

I liked the things everyone else has pointed out in this episodes; all the winks to the fan....the license plate, the rock/paper/scissors (which I didn't notice until all of you pointed it out!), the hilarious comment by Balthazar....great picking up on the 666 on the bus Medic04. I enjoyed all of that.
But I thought it was a bit cruel to give us Ellen back and then take her away. She and Bobby would have made a great pair and to know that was a possiblity....that maybe Bobby didn't have to be alone if only the Titanic hadn't sunk, well, it was sad. I did miss the Bobby & Ellen conversation at the table though; we had tornado warnings here and the satellite went out for those 5 minutes! Ugh! No tornados though.
Sorry to disagree with you Medic04 (you know I love your commentaries!), but I don't think this turned the season around. I am a bit sick of the alternate reality stuff. I really liked The French Mistake for pure fun (and I really felt like it was for the fans), but I want them to get on with their "real" lives and the real storyline and just move things along a bit.
I know next week will be a time-traveling one, but I'm actually looking forward to that because I love Westerns. That one should be a huge kick. At least I hope it is!
I agree with Medic04 that this episode was a bit worrisome where Cass is concerned. We know that angels can be really self-serving, but I hoped Cass was above this. He only "corrected" history to save Sam & Dean, not because it was the right thing to do. And now we know that he is capable of turning history upside-down to serve his own puposes (more souls for the civil war in heaven). I don't know...I didn't like knowing Cass is capable of that. I AM glad they addressed the civil war in heaven plot....but there still aren't really any answers about where it's going or what the consequences might be.

I liked the story for this episode. There has been some other episodes that touched on "plain old crazy people", but this episode had a cool concept. The library scene was awesome. Seems that both brothers are hanging by a thread in this season. Can't wait to see what happens.

"Hey, really good job Jensen! Did anybody catch the reference to My bloody Valentine?But what are you guys up to with Dean? So did not see that coming and yes, very Kill Bill-ish :) Is Dean slowly becoming his father? I mean, the way that he chose to handle things with Lisa and now to tell Sam one thing and do another...completely out of character for him (he knows what it is like to grow up without a mother). I am not too sure about next weeks episode either...Dean didn't kill Jo and Ellen...he didn't cause Jo to get injured....the girls really showed what they were made of in that episode (not damsels but heros) there are other things he could go on trial for, but that should not be one of them!! " Actually Dean did have a part in killing Jo. When they were running he tripped/fell she went back to help him and thats why the hell hounds got her. Yes its not entirely his fault but the Orisis (correct me if im mistaken) god trials the guilty ones, that feel as if they might've as well stabbed them themselves.
Its kind of a reminiscent of Are you there god? Its me Dean Winchester where hunters get haunted by their "mistakes". Anyway season seven's been on a role lately I have no doubts in Supernatural for In Kripke (or is it Gamble now?) we trust *salute* but hope the episode lives to its expectations.

NO! CRAP! THEY DIDN'T!!!
I am so sick of this crap! Season 4 and 5 are over! WHY CAN"T THE WRITERS MOVE ON!!! We've seen Dean and Sam fighting but if we flash back Sam had to be HIGH when he attacked Dean! They don't do this to each other! Dean showed up and gave Sam a pat when he was possessed by Lucifer! Why the heck would he beat down Sam the way Lucifer beat down him?! The characterization doesn't make sense! Plus a direct character arc isn't meant to be spread out over seven episodes. That's like having Sam remained kidnapped by the Benders for seven episodes.
I'M TURNING INTO THE HULK!!!

I ADORE Death! He's by FAR my favorite Horsemen! Lol. Me and my three other friends have our nicknames that were given to us because of our attributes. Cyn is War because she's a fighter, Shannon is Pestilence cause she's NEVER sick, Colby is Famine cause she's always hungry, and I'm Death because I've almost died seven times. Yeah, we're so weird. Lol. During season 5 we had theme nights. We would let whatever 'Horsemen' choose what food we would have when it was 'their episode'. Lol.
