Kali, east of Christianity
We'd like to hear from some of our old "Foo" members (friends of Oddhobby).
Some of them were experts on myths and religion. In general we hear that Supernatural is very well balanced in their portrayal of religion. Our head artist is a Christian and he says the bible does mention other gods. But what I thought was kinda funny was that Kali said that Christianity was a western religion. If I'm not mistaken the Upanishads are older than Judaism and yes, technically the area that defined the Christian religion is west of Indian. Then again west is based on where you start from, right? So are there any real western religions? Scientology is one, for sure (but no magix). Any others?
One thing's for sure the writers of Supernatural are doing a great job keeping the show fresh and provide plenty of inside humor, honoring fans on both sides of the 4th wall. Oddhobby gives Supernatural 5 out of 5 stars. PS all I'm sure all the Pagan members of the Foo appreciated the mention!

Questions about Cons
I'd like to know what area in the gold package sections are best. I've seen video where people were sitting so close you could practically see up the boys noses. I'd like a good seat to take pictures from. Right now there are seats open for the Los Angeles 2011 in row I directly in front of center stage. That's nine rows back. I know the staging is different at all locations but is this generally a good distance? Appreciate any help :~)

A new theory !
I think I have a theory about Sam/Lucifer.
Okay, I think that he went to hell with Satan, and was trapped in the same box Lucifer was in. And Lucifer did stuff to him down there, like the demon's did to Dean.
Then Cas brought him back from the cage, but no one knows it yet except for Cas, and he's going to start looking for Sam soon. (maybe) and explain why he did it.
But Sam will be different, changed. He's still high on demon blood so he has all his powers in full-gear, and Lucifer is a part of him now.
Since being possessed by Lucifer is kind of huge and everything, and no one has survived possession by an angel, no one knows what happens to the person
after they un-possess them.
But maybe when Angels un-possess they keep a part of themselves inside the person they had currently possessed. (aka Lucifer is still partially inside of Sam) ,
Which means that Sam might be hearing Lucifer and Lucifer could be telling him to do things and hurts him in Sams dreams but Sam is resisting the urge to let Lucifer back in.
That would explain why Sam was looking in the window at Dean with his face like that. He might have gone back to Dean for help, then saw Dean in his apple-pie life and
decided to leave him alone and go back to hunting by HIMSELF. Then he would hunt everything bad to make up for the guilt, but Lucifer's still there. And then Sam will finally
see Dean again and Dean will help him out and they'll sort the whole thing out together, taking up most of the season, while hunting other things such as ghosts and wendigo's.
Okay! That's my theory! haha

Did anyone else cry when Sammy jumped into hell.....and actually start screaming at the TV when he killed Cas and Bobby....
or was I the only one who was yelling my head off at Castiel for being so stupid and wanting to go back to heaven.
I think i'm a little crazy, haha.

Chuck is God
Ok I have read the theories on Chuck. I have to say that some you have really thought about it. But he is God. Rememeber in The Monnster At The End Of This Book, when Sam and Dean first met Chuck. He said and I quote " Well there is only one explanation. Obviously i"m a God . A cruel, cruel capricious god". He told them the truth right then. Of course they wouldn't beleive him. I mean who would believe him. No one expect God to drink and talk to women. He put his self in witness protection just as Gab did. No one knew it was him because only but four angels has seen him. The amulet doesn't burn when he is around it. It just make more since now to me that Chuck is god. I mean even the conversation between him and Sam was kind of like sitting in a confession both.

Sam
I am gonna be honest there were times where Sam would completely piss me off. He would always do what he thought was right even when he knew there was something wrong about it. Like the whole killing Liluth issue put on strain on the brothers.
But when they got pass that, Sam became a stronger person. He has a dark side no doubt and Dean does too. I think Sam earned respect in the Swan Song and in Two Minutes Til Midnight. I really have seen him grow in the character. He has made a choice for his big brother happiness and not to mention the world. The boy sacreficed a lot including letting his big brother go and live an apple pie life, when in the past that is all Sam wanted in the first palce.

Season Finale
Overall the episode was pretty damn good. I have no complaints about it. There was a couple of things I did not understand but I am sure it will come to term in season 6. A lot of people are commenting on Sam standing under the street light. I have no idea what that meant. The impression I got from him was sadness and maybe he was happy for his brother, who knows. But these are things that keep us wanting more, so you guys they can't give us everything because its not the end. The boys need to get back to themselves and now they don't have to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. I really thought Michael got what he deserves. Really Michael and Lucifer was dead set on killing one another. And Dean's amulet was special. But Joshua also told them that the necklace wouldn't work . So if Chuck was God the amulet would have not burned when he was around. This finale was well done it makes me want more of the show. That is really the whole point of the writers. Good Job!
