Supernatural will go on hiatus after the February 11th episode (5.14 My Bloody Valentine) and won’t be back till March 25th. On the bright side as on March 25th Supernatural will have no breaks until the season finale on May 13th. Cam anyone confirm that terrible piece of news??? :/ Post reply Do you find this valuable? Not sure where it comes from, as their "source" link doesn't work. So, I guess we will find out at the end of this week's show, when the preview tells us when the next episode will air. 1983Sarah	4. RE: Another hiatus??? :( Feb 15 2010, 12:02 PM EST There is another hiatus, but that is typical of all shows, they have to hold out until May, otherwise each show would end. The typical show has 22 to 25 episodes. If they all started in August and or September and ran straight they would be done or just about already. The actors need breaks and the shows ramp up for their season finales and the writers get cracking at writing more, lol. Not that I like the breaks, but I get it. Plus, there is the added bit with the Olympics, but that isn't the main reason for the break, it's just that there simply always is some type of break at this time. I was thinking about it too... 22 episodes give us 5,5 months of a Show without breaks. And it has to cover over 7 months... Yeah, Mathematics knows no mercy! :/ Post reply Do you find this valuable?

WHY?? :(" Simply put, March madness (wanting new episodes for March) and so they last until May. I suppose most people would prefer that Supernatural start in September and go straight, but then we'd have 30 weeks with no new, that's a much longer hellatus then I'd like.
