OMG! That was fantastic! I was screaming at the TV every few minutes (between reading Misha's tweets). Wow - so it comes down to Sam trying the beat Lucifer from the inside.. And Dean has to watch. For a guy who's used to doing, it's going to be torture just watching.

So I guess Cas will be staying - they just clipped his wings. That takes care of the 'angel' angle of the show. I'm guessing that Bobby will eventually get his soul back from Crowley, too. I hope he gets to keep his new legs though.

I'm still in shock about the way things are playing out though. WOW! I'm nearly speechless...

LORDY
I'm just saying, though, Dean doesn't give a d*mn about the world, his world *is* Sam, and Sam is about to jump in the fire(Metallica!) *ahem* if Sam gets stuck in the cage with Lucifer, I think its safe to say Dean will jump right on in with him.
The episode was GREAT: it had action, drama, Crowley and his iPhone(!) CASTIEL!!
God I missed him and he's back! Just a little more human now--and though that's sad, it also ensures that he's staying on Earth after the war. Dean will just have to adopt him. That little scene where Castiel was sad and with Bobby, and he threw the sack of guns at him--that little whimper out of Castiel totally BROKE me. And the whole head in between Sam and Dean in the car? Is it just me or is Castiel the show's puppy now? (the look he gave Pestilence while on the floor was also full on puppy power)
Now about THE PREVIEW. Oh lordy, is it just me, or is Dean always at Sam's mercy? This finale is going to kill me,

WOW! What an episode! I had no idea how the writers would pull it all together after last week's disconnectedness, but i have a BUCKET of new respect! This was clean, lean, incredibly suspenseful and filled with revelations ... just awesomely amazing!!! Do you find this valuable?

I totally agree - Dean will not just sit back and watch Sam sacrifice himself - he'll find some way to get in there or get Sam out. He won't let Sam go without one hell of a fight and damn anyone who gets in the way.

As for Cas - he is so much more... I don't even know what! That little extra vulnerability is so damn adorable - I agree. He is now the puppy of the show. Sam has gone all Rambo on us, so somebody had to pick up the slack. It will be so fun watching him learn to be human. I can't wait!

I know right?! I was having doubts on whether they'd be able to pull it together in time, and they have. Tenfold.
Death was amazing too. So Classy.

Cas has tried to restrain himself before, probably because he's had to act "Angelly", but now that hes human, what does that mean for Jimmy? A human in a human?
He'll be so cute to watch grow...kinda like a kid really :D

Death had just the right hint of disdain in his voice. He was terrific. Great casting there. And I must say I really liked Max Headroom as Pestilence. Funny! I loved how Cas came to the rescue there. And on that note - Misha was hysterical with his tweets! I loved how he referred to himself in the third person.. Do you find this valuable?

I was stuck! I can't believe Bobby kissed Crowley and the demon has a picture to prove it! That was hilarious!

Bobby's walking, Cas is human, Sam's going to say yes, and Adam already has. The season finale is going to be great!

Did anyone notice Sam's face when Pestilence said he gave them syphilis? More Sam, that's what the third STD he's had this season? First the clap, then he had to do a herpes commercial in changing channels, and now syphilis. I think one of the writers may be mad at Sam lol.

They put this episode together nicely, but Pestilence is still out there which is not good. I'm glad they brought up the Croatoan Virus. I thought it was funny when Crowley told the boys "This time next Thursday, we're going to be living in zombie land." Great references, great way to answer a lot of questions, and they of course kept their trademark humor in the episode. I loved it!

I had the impression that since they cut off his ring, hes pretty much useless now-I mean, War zapped away too, but he's pretty much neutralized.
The only threat was his vaccines, and I think they got that blown to oblivion.
Croatoan gone! or we hope

I will be very sad next week when it's all over, but I can't wait!! Do we know that Adam already said yes? Or was it just hinted at? I think that they're headed toward a showdown between the 3 brothers - Adam for Michael, Sam for Lucifer and Dean for __ - God maybe? Maybe God doesn't want his sons killing each other so he'll step in. Or maybe Dean will just be Dean acting on behalf of the world. I don't know why but I'm also thinking that there's a chance Dean will have to choose between Sam and Adam. Normally I'd say, no choice, he'll pick Sam. But with Sam as Lucifer? Can he choose the Devil over Michael? Wow - the possibilities are mind-boggling!! Do you find this valuable?

I don't think it makes them useless. Death gave Dean the ring and he still had the power to wipe out Chicago. Besides I don't think Death would have handed it over if it would have rendered him impotent.

Hmm - it makes you wonder what Death's end game is. If he is so powerful and eternal, how did Luci manage to put a leash on him. That's got to be so big bad mojo to chain Death at your mercy. I don't think Death cares about our world so much as he's really pissed that Luci got the drop on him. But for someone who is so high and mighty, he sure is stooping pretty low to get help from someone who is as insignificant as a bacterium. It really just makes me wonder what the real catch is. Yeah, yeah, do anything to keep Luci from winning. But what is anything? Watch Sam die, or worse, live in the Devil? Die to keep Sam from dying? (been there..) Sacrifice himself and Sam to save the world? Hmm.. Do you find this valuable?

You know, I'm kind of thinking Crowley. I know, I'm gonna get chewed out for that one lol, but seriously. He was the one who found Pestilence, he was the one who found Death (granted it was in exchange for Bobby's soul, which is on loan) and on top of it, he gave Bobby his legs back. He didn't have to do that. It wasn't part of the original bargain.

If I remember in Abandon All Hope Ep 10, when Sam and Dean confronted Lucifer in the battlefield and tried to shoot him with the colt, that is where Lucifer preformed the mojo so to speak and chained Death to Lucifer. Maybe the only catch from Death is that He really wants Lucifer (the Toddler having a tantrum) back in his cage. I just wonder if anyone would be around to keep record of this so that the children that the YED was going to in the end of Season 1 "Salvation" don't repeat the same mistakes in 20 years (or so). I mean, if Zachariah was the reason that Chuck had the visions of the Sam and Dean, is he still able to have visions now that Zachariah is dead? Would the visions be written in the books? Shouldn't Chuck actually include the fact of the blood and what it did and does to Sam in order to prevent the same problems again in the 20 years (or so)?

"And where is The Prophet Chuck, anyway?"
writing furiously trying to get it all down and wishing he could publish without the Wbros chasing him down.
Kind of like me in that i will never remember all the things i want to write about this. Since i've very tired I just start with the fact that Pestilence is said to ride a pale horse, sometimes translated as green the colour of sickness. His mustang was green in hammer of the gods and in this his psuedonym was Dr. Green. Death ride a white horse and sure enough he drove a old white cadillac with buh bye plates. Awesome in the original meaning of the word. I loved that Death is beyond Lucifer and resents being tethered to him. Giving up his ring is the only thing that makes sense because how do you fight or even surprise a guy who can kill you by brushing his shoulder.

This is not important just funny. Why is War the only healthy looking horseman?

First what the hell man, Cas is a human now. I don't think he will stay that way forever though. To my suprise Death seems not to be on neither sides, good or bad. This episode was full suprises and was very entertaining. Crowley is a very emotional demon by the way it makes me laugh when he get all emotional about something. I think the boys will survive this. I would like to know where is Jesse the Anti- Christ kid. I wonder if God will ever come around. Do you find this valuable?
