Lol. I still think Supernatural is keeping true to their music style. I mean check out David Bowie's "Space Oddity" in "Clap Your Hands If You Believe", or Kenny Rogers' "The Gambler" in "Weekend at Bobby's". They might've have strayed a few times, sure, and maybe they haven't been playing as much songs as we hoped they would, but the WB won't change their style. Supernatural's awesome track list is one of the reasons I even stayed with the show! XD I'd know if they were straying from the path, trust me. Do you find this valuable? |

ive been wanting rock put back on spn, but more than that,id like to have the whole 6 seasons of music in a boxed dvd set for sale in stores

Well we don't get as much rock, but I do know that less and less of the budget is used on it because the cost of the songs has gone up and as well as everything else it takes to make the show, and the budget for the show has remained fairly steady (You can thank the CW for that one....seriously, go write them a message in their feedback area urging them to increase the budget for SPN) I do think though that the first half of season 6 has not had much rock in it because it was a conscious decision to show that things were not right on the show. That we didn't really have the brothers but instead Dean and a phony Sam. I look forward to some poignant scenes now involving some kickass rock songs. (*remembers Lynard Skynard's Simple Man on Free to be You and Me* That's what I'm waiting for.) Do you find this valuable? |

I love the rock music in every episode, but not having it for the first half of this season helped with the overall feel of the show - showing us that things were not how they should be for both Dean and Sam/RoboSam. Now that things are closer to the way they used to be for them, hopefully that means they'll get back into the old overall feel of the show, including the music choices! "Carry On My Wayward Son" has got to be my favorite song quote from SPN - I always get a bit misty-eyed whenever I hear it! Do you find this valuable? |

I hope that on the last season they get all the cast and crew together and sing Carry On My Wayward Son together. It would be such an amazing farewell video. Do you find this valuable? |
