A-02 WHO CAN WRITE FICTION STORIES

We encourage all our members to be a part of the Fan Fiction section Everyone who is a member with the Supernatural-Fan-Wiki website can write stories for the fan fiction section. NOTE: Do not alter or disgrace the characters of the CW show "Supernatural" or any other character you might use from another show, movie, cartoon, etc. Avoid using fowl words. This could cause the language robot of the WikiFoundry system to put your story in a report list- This report shows all of the pages that have been deemed as questionable either by a member or by automatic language filters. Pages on this report can not be found by most of your major search engines.

A-07 WHAT WORDS CAN’T I USE

In cooperation with WikiFoundry and to have a site appropriate for most viewers it is best to avoid foul language as much as possible. If you happen to use a foul word the page is automatically sent to a report file. To avoid having the site banned a moderator will open the reported page. This automatically changes any foul word into *****. When a page is removed from the report list the creator of the page can go through and find the ***** and replace it with an appropriate word that suits the sentence.

A-08 WHY PAGE LINKS

Why page links?
Links are the number one way that visitors move around your site. Links increase the chance of visitors seeing more of your pages and finding additional information.
Evan with navigation setup on your page you should still create links.
You will find the templates for Fan Fiction have links at the top of the page and should stay at the top of the page.
At the bottom there is a table of links that you may remove if you want by going into EDIT and clicking inside the link table and right click. Choose select table and make sure the only highlighted area is the link table and not the main table. Once you have just the link table highlighted, right click and choose delete table

A-09 IS IT OK TO ADD TAGS

When you create a new page you should add tags and also edit the description which is found in the drop down list under more tools.
Every page you create and on the site should utilize keyword tags. Keyword tags describe the content that is on a page and help surface related content.
A link is provided at the top of each page to add tags that represent you page content. Tags should describe the page. One word tags or small sentence tags are fine. If all you can think of is one tag that is better then none.
