All Hell Breaks Loose Part I Allusions

Frontierland is one of the "themed lands" at the many Magic Kingdom-style parks run by Disney around the world. It is themed after the American west in the 1800s, and home to cowboys and pioneers, ghost towns, plateaus and gold rushes

Referring to Aldus Huxley's 1932 novel, Brave New World, that describes an ironic utopia achieved through reproductive technology and biological engineering. Huxley in turn borrowed the line from Shakespeare's The Tempest.
