Dean - "Dude, we got needles, we got thread. We've seen Young Frankenstein about a thousand times. We're golden." - Dean - "How you feeling?"
Sam - "Honestly, ummm... my, uh whole body hurts. I feel nauseous and like I'm starving at the same time. And everything smells like rotting meat."
Dean - "I've had that hangover. Yager, man." - Castiel - "I like this bunker. It's orderly."
Sam - "Oh, give us a few months. Dean wants to get a ping-pong table."
Castiel - "I've heard of that. It's a game, right?"

- Will Sam stand down from the Third Trial as Crowley has threatened to kill everyone The Boys have ever saved?
- Is Sam even capable of completing the Third Trial as he's so weak from doing the first two?
- Will Cas complete the Trials to lock the angels away in Heaven?

- Dean talks about seeing "Young Frankenstein about a thousand times", referring to the 1974 movie written and directed by Mel Brooks. It is a parody of the first two Frankenstein movies. The plot is about a modern-day descendant of Victor Frankenstein who tries to avoid his ancestor's reputation as a mad scientist, only to end up creating his own Frankenstein's monster.
