Cop - Dean calls the local law enforcement, and gives them information about the uneasy things that are happening around town, stating that he'd been a cop for a while.

Law Enforcement- Sam and Dean pose as some form of law enforcement agents (FBI tends to be their agent of choice most of the time.) in order to get access to the latest murder scene, and when Sam questions the father of one of the kidnapped babies.

FBI Agent- Both when they show up at the morgue and when their talking to Ed Colfax, Sam and Dean pretend to be from the FBI.

FBI Agent : Tom Willis - Bobby has a phone system where, if a hunter needs help verifying his identification, they can call one of Bobby's lines. From there, he can pretend to be the person's superior. When Singer tells the hunter Garth to call the FBI, he calls Bobby's line. Bobby answers as Tom Willis, the same alias for the FBI he's used before. It could be a reference to Franklin Cover's character from The Jeffersons.

CDC Agent : Frank Castle - The phone for the Center for Disease Control is labeled Frank Castle. Frank Castle is the real name of The Punisher, the vengeance obsessed, anti-hero of the Marvel comics that share his name.

Police Officer : Pete Lovell - Another phone, this one for the police, carries the label for Pete Lovell. This might be a reference to the lead singer for Picture, a Dutch heavy metal band formed in 1979.

Federal Marshall : Bill Sumner - The name on the Federal Marshall phone is Bill Sumner. This might be a reference to William Graham Sumner. He was the first professor to teach sociology, and the man who coined the term ethnocentrism (To judge another culture solely by the values and standards of one's own culture.)

Health Department : Lou - On yet another phone, labeled for the Health Department, is the name Lou. However, the last name is unreadable.

Luther Vandross- When a federal agent comes to Bobby's looking for Rufus, one of the aliases the officer gives for him is Luther Vandross, the famous R&B singer.

Ruben Studdard - The other alias for Rufus that the agent gives is Ruben Studdard. Studdard is also an R&B singer, becoming famous as the winner of the second season of American Idol.

Federal Investigators- To talk to Olivia, Jane's (the waitress who commits suicide) sister, the guys pose as federal investigators.

Federal Agent : Holt and Wilson - While going to the crime scene and talking to the family who owns the dog, Sam and Dean identify themselves as agents Holt and Wilson. Warhorse was a British rock band formed in 1970 by the bassist of Deep Purple. Ashley Holt was the lead vocalist, while Frank Wilson played the keyboard.

Newspaper Reporter - Twice, the Winchesters talk to a local expert on fairies under the guise of being reporters forThe Mirrornewspaper.

Law Enforcement Agent - While it's never said, Sam and Dean go around town collecting information as a member of law enforcement (probably FBI).

Federal Agent : Roark and Wynand - In several flashbacks, Sam and Samuel are shown working a previous hunt. During this time, they refer to themselves as Agents Roark and Wynand. Howard Roark (Sam's calling card listed him as agent H. Roark.) and Gail Wynand are major characters in the Ayn Rand novel The Fountainhead. In 1949, it was made into a film with Gary Cooper as Roark and Raymond Massey as Wynand.

Law Enforcement Agent - It's not revealed in the episode, but , with their nice suits, and being able to go around crime scenes, Sam and Dean were probably pretending to be feds.

Television Actor : Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles- Balthazar sends Sam and Dean into essentially the real world, where, in a very meta turn of events, everyone believes them to be their actor counterparts: Jared and Jensen. Several people who work on the show play themselves, like Mrs. Genevieve Padalecki, who played Ruby, and Misha Collins (Castiel).

Federal Agent : Willis - In their quest to find Eve, all the gang (Sam, Dean, Bobby, and Rufus) pose as feds to gather information. Bobby is the only one that reveals his name: Willis, Tom Willis being his go-to FBI agent. Tom Willis was a character played by Franklin Cover on The Jeffersons, which the alias might be a reference to.

US Marshall : Clint Eastwood - When he's transported to the old west, Dean, in a very Marty McFly moment, introduces himself to the local sheriff as "Marshall Eastwood, Clint." Known for his ruggedness, Clint Eastwood acted in a lot of western films and TV shows, particularly when he was younger.

Texas Ranger : Walker- After introducing himself, Dean then introduces Sam as Walker, the Texas ranger. Chuck Norris starred as the title character,Cordell Walker, in Walker, Texas Ranger, an action crime drama (with a side of martial arts) that ran from 1993 to 2001. The series also spawned a made for TV movie (Trail by Fire) which was released in 2007.
