- Can the Winchesters find and save Kevin again? Will he let them?
- What will happen to the tablet, and is it of any use anymore?
- Can Sam and Dean see eye to eye again?
- Crowley smokes out of meat suits in a red smoke rather than the black smoke of most demons.
- Dean is prepared to sacrifice people ... but not the Impala!
- There's nothing tougher than a mom protecting her own!
- Ty Olsson, who plays Benny, appeared in Season 2, Episode 3 (Bloodlust) as Eli.
- Lauren Tom who plays Linda Tran is also the voice of Amy Wong on Futurama.
- The episode title is a play on the title of the 1966 film What's Up, Tiger Lily? Woody Allen's directorial debut, the movie is a comedy that's actually a Japanese spy film (International Secret Police: Key of Keys) which is overdubbed with new dialogue that has nothing to do with the original film. With its voiceover, added scenes, and rearranged order, Allen's movie changes the James Bond-like spy flick into a silly comedy about finding the world's best egg-salad recipe.
- Crowley called Dean "Squirrel." Since his nickname for Sam is already Moose that makes them Moose and Squirrel, a reference to the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon series.
- The Devil's Chasing Me by the Reverend Horton Heat
