| Someone found Lucifer's sword and is using it to kill angels. Castiel (Misha Collins) and Uriel (guest star Robert Wisdom) have captured Alastair (guest star Christopher Heyerdahl) and ask Dean (Jensen Ackles) to use the torturing skills he learned in Hell to extract information from him so they can stop the murders. Sam (Jared Padalecki) is concerned Dean can't handle the job but Dean agrees to do it. However, when Alastair reveals some shocking information, Dean's world is shattered. |

- As Dean is about to torture Alastair, the demon taunts him, "Grasshopper, you're going to have to get creative to impress me." This is a reference to the TV series Kung Fu (1972-1975), starring David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine, a Shaolin priest who wanders America in the 19th century. "Grasshopper" was the nickname that his mentor, Master Po, gave him.

In an alternate reality mysteriously created as if Sam and Dean where never brothers and have never met, Sam and Dean work at a marketing office where they are forced to team up with one another when a series of mysterious suicides point to a ghost haunting the premises.

Hey Guys,
Here is the second episode in our classic re-watch. As with VF's first choice this is one of my all-time favorites too! Let's watch this one again and return to discuss just as we do with a new episode but this time with the benefit of being five years down the line! I look forward to seeing what everyone thinks of this one now and I'll post my thoughts later... SFF |
